James is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has a degree in law. He has played an integral part in the successful settlement of a number of large projects. He regularly advises some of Hong Kong's leading contractors and developers together with clients in arbitration, High Court actions, adjudication and mediation proceedings.

Patrick is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has a degree in law. He has extensive experience in building, civil engineering, electrical, mechanical and voice & data system works. He regularly acts as expert witness in both arbitration and High Court proceedings and has provided mediation support and independent expert determination services for a range of clients.

He has previously held the position of contracts manager with a leading Hong Kong building and civil engineering company focusing on the preparation of contractual claims. He also has extensive experience in assisting lawyers in the preparation of documents for High Court actions, arbitrations and mediation including supporting lawyers and counsel in legal proceedings.

Raymond has advised on claim matters including the preparation and defence of claims arising out of changes to the design of the permanent and temporary works and independent reports advising on contractual entitlement to extensions of time and additional payment.

Travis has also assisted in the preparation of a number of expert reports for arbitration and litigation proceedings.
